This copy of Template (“the Software Product”) and accompanying documentation is licensed and not sold. This Software Product is protected by copyright laws and treaties, as well as laws and treaties related to other forms of intellectual property. Spreadsheet Shoppe, LLC or its subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers (collectively “SpreadsheetShoppe”) own intellectual property rights in the Software Product. The Licensee’s (“you” or “your”) license to download, use, copy, or change the Software Product is subject to these rights and to all the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement (“Agreement”).
Acceptance
YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY SELECTING THE “DOWNLOAD” OPTION AND DOWNLOADING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR BY INSTALLING, USING, OR COPYING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, USE, OR COPY THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
License Granted
This Agreement entitles you to install and use the Software Product. In addition, you may make archival copies as well as customize the Software Product as you desire.
You may not remove or alter any logo, trademark, copyright, hyperlink, disclaimer, terms of use, or other proprietary notice within the Software Product.
Restrictions on Transfer
Without first obtaining the express written consent of SpreadsheetShoppe, you may not redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights to the Software product.
No Warranties
The Software Product and any related documentation are provided “As Is.” SpreadsheetShoppe makes no warranties, express or implied, and expressly disclaims all representations, oral or written, terms, conditions, and warranties, included but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Without limiting the above you accept that the Software Product may not meet your requirements, operate error free, or identify any or all errors or problems, or do so accurately.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the SpreadsheetShoppe be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings, or any other direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using the Software Product (even if we or an authorized dealer or distributor has been advised of the possibility of these damages), or any mistakes and negligence in developing this software, or for any claim by any other party. The organization, business, or person using this Software Product bears all risks and responsibility for the quality and performance of this Software Product.
